Rony Oren is honoured to act as ambassador for Israeli culture and creativity, in next month’s landmark road show. The unprecedented tour has been made possible by the support of the Israeli Foreign Ministry and Israeli embassies in each country, who perceive Rony’s activities to represent an integral part of the cultural and inspirational face of Israel.

Rony, accompanied by local Secrets of Clay publishers, will reach areas that claim some of the world’s richest literature legacies. Incorporating outstanding exposure Rony’s exciting route criss-crosses the vast Eurasian landscape from Kazakhstan, through remote cities in Siberia to Kiev, Lvov, Moscow and  St. Petersburg.

During the international Book Fairs held in Moscow (September 5th to 10th) and in Lvov, Ukraine (September 13th to 16th) Rony Oren will hold workshops demonstrating how fun and easy it is to make anything from clay with just 3 basic shapes: a ball, a hot-dog and a pancake.

As always, throughout the road-show, Rony will visit children’s hospitals; leaving patients and their families with a big smile and full of warm affection for Rony and Israel. Rony will also lecture at Art and Animation academies where he will present recent short animation movie winner, his students from Bezalel.

The trip also presents the ideal opportunity to introduce the latest releases from the Secrets of Clay series: The Birth of Christ and Rony’s Clay Christmas, both available in Russia (September 2012) and the Ukraine (October 2012).
